We are  not a Rating Agency but a firm of Auditors who review historic business rates liabilities and identify errors.

As a company we are relatively young. However our team compromises of former local authority tax collectors, which means we have inside knowledge and experience. 

Our team are further supported by our in house software system which highlights any variances against the details held by the billing authorities. 

We work on  a performance basis (No Win No Fee) and only charge a fee if we are successful in securing a reduction/ refund. 

There are no upfront costs or site inspections as all of our work is done electronically. 

We do not cold call. If we have contacted you, then we have identified a potential billing error in your historic liability which could result in a substantial refund.
